Tamanisha J. John is an Assistant Professor at Clark Atlanta University where she teaches courses on International Political Economy, International Relations, and Politics and Global Issues. She studies Caribbean development, sovereignty, and politics, economic imperialism. financial exclusion, corporate power, and Canadian overseas banking. Her two most recent published works are “Canadian Financial Imperialism and Structural Adjustment in the Caribbean” in Class, Race and Corporate Power; and “Racialized Financial Exclusion in the Anglophone Caribbean” in the Social and Economic Studies Journal by University of West Indies Mona.
